The text of each AYOUNI book is released under the Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-ND 4.0).
- Share: copy and redistribute the text in any medium or format.
- Attribution: give appropriate credit to Mansour Ayouni, link to the licence, and say if changes were made.
- NonCommercial: do not use the text for commercial purposes.
- NoDerivatives: if you remix, transform or build upon the text, you may not distribute the modified material.
Translations and editions stay the author's. Full licence: creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0.
The code
Code blocks are under the licence of the library they run against. The Softanza library is under the MIT License: see its licence file. The Refinement book's own code listings are under the MIT License, as its LICENSE.md says.
Illustrations and covers
As each book's LICENSE.md says. The Refinement book's illustrations are under CC BY-NC-SA 4.0 unless a caption says otherwise. The Softanza book's LICENSE.md is to come.
The name
The AYOUNI name and wordmark are not covered by these licences and may not be used to imply endorsement or affiliation.
The files
Each book carries a LICENSE.md at the root of its repository. This page is the shape they follow; the shape is in templates/LICENSE.md of the house repository. How the books are offered is on the offer page.
