Softanza
A book about the platform, in draft

The Softanza book

Mansour Ayouni's book on Softanza defines the platform by what it does, not by who it is for: declare what you know, a court keeps it, the AI model comes last. It is a draft, in English and French, and it is online.

The book

The cover of the book: AYOUNI, Softanza, The Governed Software Platform of the AI Age, Mansour Ayouni; an elder in a turban drawn in coloured facets.

The book rethinks programming, languages and intelligence from first principles, and it is about the platform as a whole: the engine, the language Haro, the courts that judge what is declared, and the place of the AI model, which comes last. It is the reference the pages of this site are the working proof of.

It is a book that runs. Every code block in it is run inside the Softanza library at a named commit and judged against the promise lines it carries, and a chapter whose promises are not kept fails its build.

Where it stands

in construction The book is a draft: 42 pages in all, and every page carries the banner "Draft · not yet read by the author", with its French counterpart on the French pages. It is read online as a web reader, in English(opens in a new tab) and in French(opens in a new tab), and published as data too: the manifest(opens in a new tab) lists every page, and llms.txt(opens in a new tab) gives an AI agent the way in. The source repository is public: mayouni/softanza-book(opens in a new tab). No PDF and no ePub is online.

And the rest of the site

The quickest way into the platform today is this site: every claim on it links to the file, the guard or the render that proves it. The course called The book in the Learn section is a different book: an interactive course of fifteen chapters, in four languages, whose cells you run yourself.
