Your first application
The first application is a world: you say what lives in it and what is true of it, how it reacts, what it wants, and where it endures. A narration builds one, and this page says what is behind it and what is not.
The shape of it
- Being. The things in the world and their truths: what exists and what must hold.
- Becoming, how it reacts. What happens in the world when something changes.
- Becoming, what it wants. A goal does not say what to do. It says what should become true.
- Body. Where the world endures: a world is a graph, and its substance persists as one.
- The world lives, and pursues. It reacts, then goes on until nothing changes any more.
- The emergents. The world is met by being seen, engaged, tuned and reached.
The narration Your first app with stzApp builds one for a bank in Niamey, a tool for field agents who visit clients, and its page says which blocks kept their promise when run.
What is behind it
in construction The world's being is judged by guards, its reactions fire in them, and the constellation of worlds has its own guard. A shorter road does not exist yet: there is no command that creates an application, and the five-minute route that a first-time visitor would expect, from nothing to a served page, is a target and not a path. The narration is a story told in code, and it is the page to start from. Its own opening says it is written as if the construct already shipped, which is why its blocks are marked as they are.
