AllCharsAre()
AllCharsAre(pcKind): every char matches the given predicate (which is a symbolic kind like :Chars, :Numbers, :Letters, :Punctuations, :Arabic, :RightToLeft, :Invertible). Engine-backed where the helper exists; falls back to isalpha / isDigit otherwise.
