SubStringsSpacified()

Same as SubStringsSpacifiedCS: SubStringsSpacifiedCS / TheseSubstringsSpacifiedCS: wrap every occurrence of any substring in pacSubStr with spaces in the string content, return result. Used by stzCCode.Transpile to normalise token boundaries for downstream regex passes. Ported from archive line 91253; implementation collapses to a simple repeated substr-replace (Haro's built-in is global). Case-insensitive path uses a case-folded scan + position-aware splice so the result preserves the original casing of non-matched chars.
