CharName()
CharName / CharacterName / UnicodeName -- when the string IS a single character, return its Unicode name (CHECK MARK etc.). Convenient on Q("✓") narratives that avoid the StzCharQ() ramp. Haro chained-new+method parses oddly here, so split into two.
